Served up with soulful vocals from Cat Dowling and a wholesome banquet from The Pepper Pot Café.

Journey inward with Judith and mindfully hibernate beside the roaring fire. For this soothing retreat aims to give you time to plough under, rest, heal and reassess before the busy rush of December. Judith will share tools and techniques to help nourish you on all levels; energetically, mentally, emotionally and physically.

Taking place in a Gregorian mansion on the foothill of the Dublin mountains, Soul will be an intimate affair.  Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this cozy environment will be filled with warmth, candles, oils, blankets, a hearty meal, healthy treats & teas. All creating a comforting space for healing, nurturing and restoration of mind and body to keep the soul burning brightly this winter.

Your Day:

Your day is laid out specifically to promote healing on a SOUL level. This entails incorporating your energetic, mental/emotional and physical body. Therefore, the morning focuses on deep healing with Judith, journeying inward and clearing the ground not only on an energetic level, but on a mental/emotional level as well so that you can plant anew.

09:45 – 10:00: You will be warmly greeted by Judith and her team who will be waiting for you in the parlor beside the fire, gently creating the momentum of the day with nurturing herbal teas and fresh fruit all to the evocative music of Cat Dowling on guitar.

10.00 – 12:30: You will adjourn to the drawing-room, again beside another welcoming fire for deep healing with Judith. She will then lead you into visualisations that encompass your experiences in the womb, at birth and on into your daily life, teasing out the reasons for the fears that hold you back; releasing anxieties, angers, traumas, and hurts or anything that is upsetting you. This will help you to plough under and reconnect to ‘who you really are’ forming new roots so that you can grow stronger and blossom.

1230 – 2.00: Your meal is an integral part of your day. After your soul-searching morning you will need to ground yourself in and establish your new-found roots with a hearty meal in the dining room. This nourishes your mental/emotional and physical body while providing much-needed energy. After your meal, there will be a brief walk in the forest to clear the cobwebs offering sustenance for all levels of your being. The forest will also provide the backdrop to connect with Mother Nature. Judith will take this opportunity to lead you on a visualization that will connect you with the earth releasing and drawing from the earth while activating your Crown Chakra. This will open you up to what you really want to create in this lifetime and will also bring you beautifully into your afternoon and evening.

2.00 – 2:45: Having had plenty of time for your meal to settle, Lisa Phillips will guide you through a slow-moving, spiraling yoga sequence, opening up your Chakras for further healing, with soft acoustic music from the dulcet tones of Cat Dowling. No experience of yoga is necessary, as the movement will be mindful rather than physical. Again, the yoga moments will serve to integrate and combine the healing that took place in your morning session.

2.45 - 3.45: Then, whilst in Savasana, you will be cocooned in blankets, anointed through your crown and your feet with warm essential oils and crystals, whilst Judith and her team of four Reiki Masters will gently help you to heal and restore your energy field, with a taste of acupuncture, provided by Sam Taylor’s experienced touch if you so wish.

We might even send you home with a nice goody bag…
