Anxiety Gift Box

This little box contains some energetic tools that I have used to step through my own fears, anxieties, feelings of being overwhelmed and stress. I know they work as there were times in my own life where I was riveted to the spot with fear and only for them, I probably would be still there.

Amethyst

Amethyst is a brilliant crystal for your Crown and Third Eye Chakra. It is the stone of spirituality and contentment, it bestows stability, strength and inner peace. Aragonite Sputnik or Star Crystal is excellent for the Root Chakra it looks like it came from outer space! It transforms geopathic stress and clear blockages, deepening your connection to the earth. Selenite

Selenite helps to connect you to the Universe through your Crown Chakra. It is self cleansing and a wonderful crystal to clear your own Auric Field or energy field that is around your body. It will cleanse the energy in your room and your

Green Calcite

Green Calcite is a strong healing crystal that is known for its action within the emotional, spiritual, physical and mental areas, which means it has wide ranging effects on your health. These stones can be used to assist in the manifestation process. Green Calcite will also bring in the energy of trust, allowing that what has been manifested will be received. Snow Quartz

Symbolizes innocence and clarity and for that reason it is brilliant for the Crown Chakra and Inner Child work.  It is said to help us look at things from a child-like perspective, without preconceived or cynical notions. This calm and soothing stone is useful for meditation, with all the properties of clear quartz, yet gentler. It is a cleansing stone, used for purification on the spiritual level and boosting the immune system on the physical level. Having this stone in your environment may assist in dispelling negative thoughts and emotions.

Palo Santo

Burning Palo Santo or ‘Holy Wood’ relieves anxiety and raises your vibration. Palo Santo traditionally has been used for relieving colds, flu symptoms, and stress. It is supposed to calm the immune and nervous system aiding in a quicker recovery from illness. While burning Palo Santo before you go to bed soothes and promotes sleep. It also smells beautiful.

Abalone Shell

The shell of abalone looks like a kind of shield. It’s no surprise then that it has protective and healing qualities. It brings safety from harm and emotional balance. It can protect the heart – in the physical and metaphysical aspects. It also is said to boost the immune system and assist digestion.

It said to enhance feelings of peace, compassion and love. It has a lovely warm, gentle vibration. It enhances and supports communication, cooperation, commitment, and compromise, which in turn lead to harmony and balance.
